SignBona currently uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for performance and usage analytics. These tools help us understand service performance and improve reliability.

SignBona may use Sentry to detect, diagnose, and fix technical issues. Sentry may collect diagnostic information such as error messages, stack traces, browser/device information, and limited request metadata.
SignBona configures error monitoring to reduce unnecessary personal information where feasible.

SignBona is not currently designed around third-party behavioral advertising.
We do not use cookies to sell personal information. We do not use cookies to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the contents of customer documents to build third-party advertising profiles.
If this changes, we will update this Cookie Notice and provide any required notices or choices.
6. Managing Cookies and Browser Storage
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies.
You can also clear local storage and session storage through your browser settings or developer tools.
If you block or delete cookies or browser storage, some SignBona features may not work correctly. For example, you may be signed out, lose interface preferences, be unable to access certain signing workflows, or experience issues with account sessions, document viewing, or security features.
7. Global Privacy Controls and Opt-Out Signals
Some browsers and tools send privacy preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track.” Because SignBona does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, these signals do not materially change our current cookie practices.
If SignBona later uses cookies or similar technologies for activities that require opt-out rights under applicable law, we will update our practices and notices as appropriate.
8. Third-Party Providers
Some cookies, analytics tools, storage technologies, or similar technologies may be provided or supported by third-party providers that help operate the Services.
Current relevant providers may include:
- Supabase;
- Vercel;
- Sentry;
- Stripe, where billing or checkout functionality is used;
- Resend, for email-related operational workflows, though email delivery itself does not necessarily require browser cookies.
